Delivery
All deliveries will be carried out using skip lorries or rollonoff lorries. These are all HGV vehicles with an unladen weight of 10t and above. Please familiarise yourself with our Waste Disposal Terms and Conditions with regards our vehicles delivering on and off the public highway.
We will attempt to deliver on the date and within the time period requested during the booking process. There may however be circumstances where this is not possible due for example to delays on prior jobs or road closures in which case we will try to inform you either by phone or email of any such delay.
Should you need an indication of actual delivery time you should telephone on 01934 424242 option 1 as soon after 8am as possible on the day of expected delivery.
Collection
For collections you will need to either book a pre-arranged collection date with us at the time of ordering or call us when the skip is full and we will arrange collection. Normally we would need a days notice prior collection although this can be extended if we are particularly busy. Please ensure that the route to the skip is clear to allow us to safely pick it up.
Refunds
You can cancel a skip at any time prior to delivery by calling on 01934 424242 option 1. In these circumstances we will refund the full amount less a £10 fee to cover card processing charges and admin.
If you cancel whilst we are on our way to deliver or when we have already arrived on site but not yet left by calling the number as above or by speaking to the driver who will contact the office. In this case we will refund you in full less a £50 fee for the aborted journey, card fees and admin.
If you cancel once the skip has been placed on site and the vehicle has left we will refund you in full less £100 for having to return to site and remove the empty skip, card fees and admin. If however in this case any waste is placed in the skip no refund will apply.
If you wish to change the type of waste that you will be putting in the skip such that it would have been a lower price, e.g. Mixed waste to soil and stone, please call the office as above prior to placing any waste in the skip. We will refund the difference in price between the two waste types less a £10 charge to cover card processing fees and admin.
All refunds will be made to the card on which the original purchase was made.
